Long time rider first time VFR'er.
I have been on BMWs for most of 20 years so its time to try something new. I will be picking up a new 05 VFR on friday. I find much of the forum informative and technical in an entertaining way!
There is much to learn about my new ride and this looks like a great place to start.

    Welcome to the group Kbrick!!

Nothing like getting a new bike eh. It must be killing you counting down the days.
We're all nice here so don't be shy and ask away if you need some answers or just an excuse to share your experiences with others that share your two wheeled addiction.

I've been riding Honda V4's since they first hit the streets in the early eighties and I still love them. I know you will too.

I've only had the pleasure to ride three Bimmers, an R90S, an R100RS and recently a GS1150 in Germany. All unique personalities and great at putting a smile on your face.

Welcome to the forum Kbrick. I think you will find the VFR a blast to ride. My 93 is the first VFR I have ever owned or ridden and all I can say is, WOW! This bike rocks. It might take a bit of getting used to since it's different from the beemer, but you will learn it quickly I am sure, and have fun doing it. We'd like to see pics when you get some.
