    I got a Koyo battery for my VFR750 from the Honda Dealership for like $30

    Apache Honda didn't have one that would fit mine, so I went to Checker Auto and.... get ready.... picked up an Energizer 12A-A battery for $35. It has performed rather well so far, I've checked it once a month for the water levels, and didn't ride it for about 2 weeks during which time I had it on the tender.

    I'd prefer a maintenance free design, but the only one that I've seen available for it is a Yuasa YB12A-B for $70.
