My Bagster tank cover arrived Friday and I was surprised to find nifty embroidered VFR logos on it. The other ones I've had were plain-jane.

As usual, the cover fit nice and snug and the lumpiness you can notice will go away after exposure to the sunshine and warm temps.

Initially I was concerned about being able to get the seat to latch, but no muss-no fuss with either the Honda chair or the Sargent.

Now if this Global Warming thing would kick in I'd be a happy geezer. Sitting on the bike in the garage and making motor noises is getting depressing!!!!

Thanks a bunch for the write-up! It always advnaces a website like this when people post up experiences they have had with a new product, and pics are always a huge plus! I have looked at those myself and had wondered about them, I now have to decide when I can afford them.

slovfr, that's the "Alpha" 30 litre bag, the "Omega 37 litre is taller yet!!!

goinphaster, I bought that bag and a tank cover for my SR500s back in '94 and they both have held up really well. Back then the US distributor was a BMW dealer in DC (Capitol Cycles, IIRC), now the dist. is in IL. Service was quick considering the VFR tank cover came out of France. 3 weeks from order to delivery. Good quality gear IMHO. I may be ordering one of their "Whoppa" tail bags as my Eclipse doesn't seem to mate up well with the VFR.
