I met my wife just over three years ago. At the time she had a 1984 VF500F, a bike I quickly fell in love with. It needed a lot of work and we lived in a Condo so it ended up going to a good home. I loved the V4 motor on it and knew I had to get another interceptor! Fast forward to a few weeks ago: I picked up a 1993 VFR750 with only 32,000kms on the odometer. Unfortunately winter has hit Canada so I only got to ride it once and was promptly blown away. Awesome, awesome bike. Check out a few pics. I'm planning on replacing the seat with a Corbin in the spring. The previous owner shaved some foam out of it and it isn't the most comfortable. Aside from that the bike's in amazing shape for a 19 year old ride! The bike was dropped from a stop on the left side from a previous owner, aside from that it's virtually spotless. The last owner custom-fabricated a new mid-pipe, connecting it to a Hindle titanium exhaust. Needless to say, it sounds quite mean...
Sweet. And it is the fastest colour too. I bet you can't wait till spring/summer. Looks like you live in Ontario somewhere so ya, the winters are really not that conducive to bike riding. I can get away with some out here and do. But lately it has been foul out here too. Right now there is snow and ice on the grounds so have to wait until that goes away and the liquid crap starts coming instead. Welcome to the forum. I am the only same person here BTW. The rest of them are nutz.
Congrats on the new toy she looks nice !! Don't feel bad about the left side rash since I too own a 1993 VFR with 13k miles and it used to be in mint condition until last October when I too "dropped" it on the left side. Rollin
