Axle Holder Won't Come Off, Help!

Hi, my name is Winston and this is my first post here. I just recently bought a 1984 VF750F and have run into a problem with some restoration. I'm trying to remove the wheel in order to change the fork oil seals, but right side axle holder just won't budge. The other side came off no problem, however the right side appears to be stuck on their by some adhesive or thread locker. I've tried a 1 1/2 lb dead blow hammer, Wd-40 and Freeze-off. If anyone has a suggestion, I appreciate it. Also, there is no oil in the forks, so I can't just take it to a mechanic...

 

Most high strength thread lockers require some heat to overcome them. Try a little heat on the nut or bolt. A small propane torch is sufficient. I work on heavy equipment and am constantly fighting frozen nuts/bolts, often huge ones up to 3 or 4 inches. I have a number of other remedies if this doesn't work. If in fact there is thread locker on it, the heat should work.
