I did a previous thread search and couldn't find any archived threads concerning pit stands. I am considering the purchase of a rear stand for my '06 and was wondering if any of you folks had any input which manufacturer makes the stand with the best, well you know, qualitymaterialscraftsmanshipeaseofoperation type stuff?

I have a Two Brothers Racing one that only works on VFR's & Hawk GT's. It's a pretty solid piece of equipment. It's not listed on TBR's website anymore so I guess they don't make it anymore. It's definitely something that you should have. It's a much steadier way to put the bike in the air for maintenance.

The only one I could find is Pit Bull. The TBR one I have looks like it's a better product.

The one under the front is a Lockhart Phillips. It's not the highest quality product in the world but it works.

    KC-10 FE out...

Go to a track and check out what's being used. Pitbull is very popular, not as pretty, but very sturdy. Woodcraft is good too, but they don't make one for single sided swingarms yet. Look for a stand with larger wheels for easier lifting and rolling. Stands like the TBR are only good for holding it up, if you need to move it while the wheel is off, you can't.
