Anyone know on the microfiche where is the fuel cut-off relay for the VFR800 6th Gen?

I have a 2003 VFR800. I have checked the microfiche and cannot find the part # for the fuel cut-off relay.

The service manual refers to it as the fuel cut-off relay, yet on the fiche, I can only see turn signal relays, starter relays, i see the bank angle sensor labeled as the "Stop Sensor Assy". I would think it would be on the Cowl Stay, as in the Service Manual it looks directly in front of the ECM.

Any ideas?

 

If all you need is the part number I would take the easy option call the parts department at a dealer, or if you prefer try Ron Ayers, CMSNL or David Silver Spares websites. Hopefully you should be able to find schematics and the current Honda part number(s) for your bike on at least one of those websites.

All those websites have schematics and a list of all part numbers but I don't see the fuel cut-out relay.

 

The Fuel Cut Relay is on the right side of the bike by the ECM. The part number is 38501-GN2-014. It is the same type of relay used for the fuel pump, engine stop relay and headlights that is why they are all labeled part number 6 in the following schematic:

 

If you are trying to trouble shoot something with that circuit this may be a bit easier to read than Honda's schematics.
