Anyone know of a sprocket how-to thread?

    I got my new sprockets today, and was wondering if anyone had a chain and sprocket how-to thread. I have the Service Manual PDF, which breezes through the rear sprocket as part of the swingarm instructions. But it's worded sort of like Step 1: remove wheel, Step 2: remove sprocket. And I can't find anything about the front sprocket other than how to remove the gear shift cover. Are there bent tab washers or crush washers I'll need? Thanks in advance!

    And if we don't have a how-to with pictures, perhaps you could make your first how-to for vfrw. I think I might have done one, but honestly I am not positive.
