    I am from Pittsburgh.
But I left there in 1989. Still my home town, though.

I graduated highschool then. Left 3 days later.
I have only been back 3 times since, and all for funerals. I am missing it lately.

It is a great big world out there, and I have never been one to stay put for very long.
I moved to Phoenix and started school at Arizona State. Could you blame an 18 year old dude for wanting to go to a college with thousands of beautiful women who don't have to bundle up for the entire school year? It was well worth it.
I met my wife there, started a family. I have gone on to live in Kansas and California since then. I have gotten the idea that I would like to introduce my wife and kids the the culture and beauty of Western Pennsylvania. They have never been and I feel they are missing out. That and I think it would be awesome to hang out with all of my friends who still live there.

Very nice. While i don't really love the winters here, the changing of seasons is exceptionally beautiful. Fall is rolling in and the leaves are starting to change, i love fall rides. Last year i rode my 1975 kz400 four hours home from williamsport to pittsburgh for thanksgiving. It was raining and 45 degrees outside. I froze my ass off even with multiple layers on, it was quite an experience. It went pretty well for my first motorcycle trip. My family had no idea I was bringing the bike home, they still think i'm nuts. I kinda want to make it an annual thing, so if the snow holds off and i get the new thermostat in my viffer i'll be doing it again this year.

Yeah I am from the 'Burgh also, but I have been living in Bmore for the last 11 years. There is definitly something to be said for Western Pa. If your kids only know Cali it would certainly be an "experience" for them to go to Pittsburgh
