Any way to disable the automatic e-mail notifications?

    My Hotmail box is overflowing with VFRWorld "replies" to anything that I reply to. It's driving me nuts, can this be disabled???

    Click on "My settings" in the upper left corner, and then click on "edit options" in the lefthand column, then scroll towards the bottom and unclick/uncheck the "receive e-mail notification" box(es).
