Is there any particular reason for the inverted "V" on the rear of the left side footpeg of an 86 750 (not sure how many models it is on) is it mainly to prevent your heel hitting the chain guard, I can't see any other reason, I want to remove it because it is up against my relocated rec/reg so it can get a bit of air flow over it

it might be one of those thoughful Honda-think touches where you can tie off a bungee cord? Do they call "it" a bungee Down Under??

bungee is good enough down here, but if that was its intended purpose wouldn't they have put one on the other side as well

My experience is with Gen 3 bikes, they have these "V" things on either side of my p foot pillion foot rests that I use for tying on a bungee. Without a picture, it makes it a little more difficult. I noticed on my bikes that they have holes on the pillion foot brackets where you could possibly tie in saddle bag rig or a top case.

I cut off a bracket on another bike in order to mount a aftermarket shock that had a resevoir. Cheers, don't knock off any kangaroos ok...

Should I have turned the pic upside down for you considering your location? :cool-new:

Speaking of penisuses....down under I guess they don't hang down huh? They always point up? Same for boobies? No saggy boobies down there, just some perkier than others. This thread sure went south in a hurry.
