I'm thinking about ordering some Pilot Road 2ct's from BikeBandit.com, they have the best price I could find ($239 for the pair delivered). I am on a tight budget, but crappy service or old tires are not worth saving 20 bucks (compared to jakewilson.com or motosport.com). Just wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences with this site. I'm going to wait till I talk to my local bike dealer ( I have a friend there who may be able to give me a deal) to order something, but want to get the tires here by friday so I can have the work done while its raining/snowing this weekend to avoid missing more good riding days. If you have any input, lemme know. Thanks all

I've only bought bulbs. I would stipulate that you are not going to purchase said tires if they are over 2 years old. Just my 2 cents.

I ordered parts and tires from Bikebandit.com and Jakewilson.com and their both okay. JW has fast turnover in terms of tires $217.98 front and back 2CT for your 6th Gen.

i've ordered various items from BikeBandit. No issues with them at any point and the one time I needed to hit up their customer service, they were fast and responsive.

I've had good luck with them and I used them frequently when I was an AMA member due to their discount for members...

How do you all feel about the Michelin pilot powers vs. the pilot roads?

Bike Bandit is good to deal with, at least in my experience. Go with the Road 2 model over the standard Pilot model if you can afford it. It will last much longer and give you just as much grip. I have Pilot Powers on my Speed Triple but went with the Road 2s on my 6th Gen. Since the VFR is heavier I think you'll appreciate the harder rubber compound in the center.

I have found motorcyclemaniacstore.com to have better customer service than bike bandit. Plus they ship the same day if you order before 3. Just a thought. I've had good luck with them.
