    Hi,

I don't know if anyone else has run into this so I thought I'd find out :^). My '07 left foot peg has this 'shield' that comes back to a point behind the peg itself. When I'm riding in a spirited fashion, I tend to move onto the balls of my boots. I have this pair of Alpinestars track boots that I like to use. If I angle my left boot in just a bit, then need to move my foot forward to shift, the boot gets hung up on that nifty sharp point of the shield. This can be quite disconcerting at the wrong moment!

Anyone else run into something similar on later model VFRs? Anyone 'cut' that point off, or just replace the pegs?

    Thx,
    ACE
