Angel Eyes Light kit- Has anybody done it on a 5th gen?

has anyone done an angel eyes or halo light kit on a 5th gen vfr? i was wondering where they might have got them and what the final cost was all in. thinking of doing some upgrades to the bike now that the good weather has arrived.

 

I recall seeing someone post some pictures of their 6 Gen, but I don't recall what the thread was titled, they were posted as a response to someones query about HID lights. Been doing some eBay searches for other 5 Gen stuff myself and been seeing light kits ~$240.00 (from China), so that might give you a ball park number.

 

thanks. i dont trust the chinese stuff off ebay really. i considered buying a fairing kit but none match the color of my bike. i would be stuck with a forest green tank. i wanted to do a whole light kit conversion. headlight turn signals and tail light but im not sure what is good and what is garbage. i saw some front turn signals that looked like they would fit but again you never know til you get it. also i have never seen anybody with pictures of their bike with any of those chinese aftermarket parts
