Alternative 1987 VFR 700/750 Rear Shock Replacement

    Hi I am looking to replace/upgrade the rear shock on my 87 F2 700,
    Are there any shocks from other bikes that will fit with minimal fuss?
    As I am in the UK so please dont give me US companies.

    New- Hagon, Works Shocks.
    Used you can probably find some Ohlins or Fox Twin Clickers.

    wouldn't make much sense to replace with stock shock from any other bike since stock shoks are not the best......especially with loads of miles.

    r6 shock will go with a bit of modding, shaving down a couple of components thats all.
