It is time to replace my stock air filter on my 04 and I am wondering if I should replace it with another stock filter or go with something else. Thanks
Pick up a reusable filter like the K&N. There's much debate on these, however the value of just cleaning it and putting it back in makes it worth it to me. I have a K&N (or same type) in my cars and most of my bikes. You will get arguments on how well they clean and how much "dirt" is allowed in the engine and whether or not you get more performance etc.... I'll let you research and make your own decision. I just like the reusable factor and have zero issues with them for more than 15 years.
