I did some riding during weekend, around 300 Miles Total solo riding , Canyons and freeway.
I wish The VFR800X were available in US, but are not.
For My measurement 5,11 and 210Lbs , this bike is not offering much comfortable riding , I knew this bike's ergonomics are not for my kind of riding and my anatomy , but I could not pass the LOOK and reliability of Honda , I love the sound and smoothness of riding.
I am ready to apply all modifications to make this as closer to an Semi ADV bike except for off road riding.
this forum helped me with choosing handle bar raiser, which will be 1.2 inch moto pump , what kind of seat, foot pegs, and wind shield are easily available to make this bike for longer distance?
Hate to sell it , rather just par it and watch it , but why doing that If there is choice.
Can I order anything form VFR800 X that may easily feet to My 2014 VFR800F to make it a easier ride?
If not I may sell my VFR and 2008 VStrom 1000 and get a 2018 and newer Africa Twin A.S. DCT and keep it for my life , although a little too high and heavy for me.
    Thank you

First and foremost based off your complaints I'd order some motopump bar risers. You can go all the way up to 1.25" which while it doesn't sound like a lot it is a HUGE amount.

Same height only heavier. I find the vfr comfy.

    Seat in high position.

    Quit being a fanny.

You need to get your arse in the saddle and clock up some miles. It’s muscle memory that makes you comfy.

Once the muscles have acclimatised to the new position you will be fine,

I'm the same height and similar weight to you. I would recommend the Puig 7598H windscreen asap. Looks good and allows plenty of room to duck under the wind at highway speeds (completely quiet and covered when tucked).

I know , but my rides are way to long each time ,200 miles a day, I am sure you would be tired too for long ride on VFR.

200 miles a day a trip to the shops. Regularly ride 300 plus miles in a day on my rideouts. Not just on straight roads either, not many of them in the Highlands. :)
