I have the service manual, digital edition. Very little is said about how I adjust them and nothing is said on how I actually get to the adjusters. Do I have to remove anything? My low beams are hitting squirrels and my high beams are where the low beams should be. Maybe it's wired backwards.
Or you installed the front fairing upside down. It might also be an Australian bike that's been exported to the northern hemisphere. You only need a plillips head screwdriver, and you insert it into the two small round holes in the black plastic shroud behind the lights around the forks. Hard to explain, but if you sit on the bike and look forward and down in front of the forks you will see them. No need to dismantle anything.
Yeah what he says. You will need to feel around with your screw driver and find the back of the adjusting screws. The left hole does vertical, the right does horizontal. Screw in to go up for more squirrels. The info is in the owners manual pg 56
Thanks, I'll spend more time looking etc. My precursory look made it seem like I had to remove the black plastic cover over the gauges.
