OK is there a site I can check on adjusting the Idle jets on
the 700 seems that the Clymer I have runs me in circles.
The bike runs like a raped ape but the Idle is still screwy.
Also it is A little harder to start after warmed up.

Runs worse when hot usually=running too rich. Inspect your sparkplugs for clues.

Idle mixture screws can be adjusted, but idle jets cannot unless you use a drill.

Bad synch usually causes rough idle, but you could experiment by playing with the mixture screws in or out to see if that helps.
