Adding a center stand

    I am about to buy a 92 VFR that does not have a center stand, and it's bumming me out. Can I add one later? Is the part still sold? Is it the same as the 4th gen center stand? Cuz I might be able to get one of those.

    There's a 95 stand on ebay for about 60 dollars with shipping, but doesn't include a spring. I suppose that's a good starting place. So what are you asking?

    Does the 3rd gen only interchange with the 4th gen? I have found a few 5th gen stands for sale.
