Adapting a Euro F2 Fairing and Cowl to a USA version VF500F Interceptor, question

I'm new to this forum, 1984 Interceptors and Honda's for that matter. I was curious to know if anyone has adapted a 1984 Euro version VF500F2 Interceptor Fairing, Cowl and side covers to a 1984 US version of the same VF500F. The side covers I’m sure is a no-brainer, but the Cowl (may use the same mounting points as the US) has anyone done this? I have access to a set, but haven’t committed to it…yet. Thanks in advance.

I kind of suspected that so I’m not surprised. That being said, does anyone own or has detailed photos of an F2 or even point or direct me to a link where this can be seen? I’ve searched but have been unsuccessful. Any information would be appreciated.

Well, as it turns out I was unsuccessful in acquiring the F2 Fairing, cowl and side covers. The shipping from the UK was just so ridiculous. UPS wanted just about $1000.00 for a 28"x28"x28" box weighing barely 12 lbs. This VF500F2 is on eBay for another 24 hours. The seller is willing to separate and sell the fairing, cowl and sides. (I offered him GBP150.00 which is about $255.00 US) which he agreed, but the shipping from the UK to California was just not worth it. So I passed. Here's the link:
