Looking for someone with an ABS module to help test my ABS computer. I have a warning code, which states I have a bad ABS brain unit. Before I spend $400 for a new ABS unit, I'd like to have someone plug in my ABS brain to their bike to verify the ABS light flashes. This won't cause any damage to the donor bike, and will help me confirm the module is bad before spending $400. Please PM me if anyone would be interested in helping out.

Since you say the code says it's the control unit, I'm assuming you have the Honda shop manual? It lists codes by # of blinks, 2-15. Blinks 8-13 indicate problems in the module; 1-7 and 14-15 are the various sensors and circuits that provide signals. If you haven't narrowed down the problem by using procedures in the manual, you could spend a lot of time chasing the wrong stuff. The manual is $60, and has 30+ pages of diagnostic procedures which will help you determine exactly what's wrong. You'll spend half that much mailing yours back and forth to somebody.
Good luck, I'll try to answer questions for you from the manual, if that helps.

I've got the code which says it's the module, but before I spend $300-350 on a module, I want to have someone double check it for me, otherwise it's an educated $350 roll of the dice.
