my buddy has owned a lot of bikes and was skeptical of my 99 VFR
Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I let him ride it
my bike is VERY loud and I thought I was listening to a hot rod Camaro REVING around the block when it
turned out to be my bike!!!

it really sounds amazing and he now respects our beloved VFR's
    his words
    ONE WICKED BITCH

sure hope he didn't cause any damage beating on it as he rode it far harder then I have
as he is a GSXR boy

Your not riding it hard enough. Giggity.

Yeah but I thought the same thing when someone took my bike around the block for the first time.

    Sent from my fancy telly.

Your buddy probably has a better appreciation for low end torque now.

I let my buddy ride the RWB yesterday for about 50 miles or so while I followed on his R1200GS. The two bikes couldn't be more different but he came away with a smile and an appreciation for the machine although he found it to be cold. We rode somewhere around 1800 kms this weekend in cold wet weather. I'm thinking all along, what the F^%^K am I doing out here but then the sun came out :)
