Hi, New to this forum and VFRs, indeed Hondas, having come down (up?) from Ducati ST2 and 749, then a Kwakka ZX7R. Reason for switch? Ducati reliability problems and no local dealership (I live in rural North Devon, UK) and my good lady doesn't like a high pillion. I wanted a reliable, high performance all-rounder. Hope I've made a good choice - first impressions very favourable, have to say.

The bike is 1998 VFRi, with 26k miles on it. Seems immaculate. I'll get round to posting a pic or two.
    Ciao! Richie

Thanks to all for assorted welcomes.
I thought I should call this thread VFRi(nnocent) because my blushing red steed will be a thing of mystery for a while.
I hope I'm allowed on this esteemed forum (or den of madness) to ask pratt stupid questions. It's OK I won't hear the hollow laughter. Richie
