Hey, I was Planning on changing the plugs on my 86 vf 400 but when I tried to take one out (or any of them for that matter) I was unable to do so despite our wide array of tools and plug sockets for various bikes. Is there a factory tool needed to change the plugs on this bike and is there a way around it?
Also any idea what plugs this bike takes and the approximate $$ per plug. I just did the plugs on my dads cbr 900 and they where about 16$ a plug I was shocked seeing as I'm used to BR8ES's that cost like a 2-3 $ a pop. ( for my 2-stroke dirtbikes )
