Got my new 03 Gen 6 home Saturday, just in time for the first snow. 4 long months ahead.
On the upside, ski season starts this weekend.... Yeah!

Snow ball fights, bumpier shining and frozen toes. And nothing can beat putting your tongue on a metal post.

I rode my trade in to the dealer last Sat.
60 km on the highway in below freezing temps, gusting side winds and snow flurries.
Was praying no one would slow down cause if I had to brake there was a good chance I wouldn't be able to feel the lever. My fingers were sore for a few hours afterward.
Sounds like a typical day on the slopes in Ontario now that I think about it... lol.

That brings back memories. We called it bunking in these parts. Have to admit to losing a couple of mitts from sticking to bumpers.

I'm taking mine out tomorrow, I have to make room in the garage to store some windows hopefully for no more than a few days. I really don't want to park it outside in this weather though! supposed to go up to 3 on Sunday, maybe time for a ride then.
Welcome Tom, What did you trade in for your VFR? You should start a new post with some pics of the new beast. That way we don't have to hijack this one.

I completely agree with you on parking it in the living room. If you could just bring it up with my better half the next time we have that "When Hell freezes over!" conversation I'm sure it will go over well. :black_eyed:
