Why would a shop that specializes in parts and service be selling a bike that needs some TLC? I would think they would fix it up themselves since they already get the parts at cost. I personally wouldn't buy a bike with a rebuilt title unless I was the one who did all the repair work and knew what real damage the bike previously had. I think you can find a better deal on a bike thats been down and fix it yourself since you've already proven that you can do body work and fabrication. Contact a few insurance companies and ask them what auctions they sell their salvage bikes to. Then you just need to find someone with a dealers license (if required) and go buy a fixer-upper to work on yourself.
