Looks like it. I can never understand why when they are posted on the forum people seem to miss them or they stay up for a while, but once on ebay, everybody battles to win the bid! Looks like $380 (shipped) got the wheel.

I guess it's relative to what color and/or texture you're getting. The last time I had a wheel done, it cost me $65, but this was the 4th wheel I brought in and also after two referrals to them. Get me the color code and the name of the powder coat maker (i.e. Brand) and I'll see if they have the same stuff and what they'll charge me.

Mine was $125. They also smoothed out some rock dings before coating. And you always remind them to protect mounting surfaces! On the front wheel that would be where your disc brakes would be and the rear would be where the back mounts against the hub.

If you decide to do the front and pull the rotors off, just go out and buy some cheap hex bolts to put into the rotor bolt holes. When I got mine done, after the media blastic, the raw aluminum was a but rough surfaced (by design I think) We thought that we were going to have to give it two coats with a lite sanding in between. But the powder coat went on thick enough that it filled all that rough surface in.

The guy put my rear wheel on a lathe usder for truing rotors and ground the over spray off the mounting surface area of the wheel.

I've seen them in a brilliant gold colour which looks nice on a red bike, Be prepared to do a shit load of wheel cleaning if you do it white. I think that black just gets lost because it is too dark to show off the eight spokes.
