    Wow, that is ugly.

Probably 3k on the odo, not the bike. Looks like a rebuild based on the paint job...

that paint job is uglier than a 4 year old's easter egg. I guess he painted it to match his cub scout pinewood derby entry?

3K mile, I am not sure about that. It is probably turn over once (103,000) and the color sure ugly.

I have a Cannondale tandem and it has a custom paint job...yellow in the front that fades in the middle to blue in tha back. It is beautiful (to my eyes) and one sees yellow and blue together quite frequently on many things. Ever see Sweden's flag? Looks mighty fine to me!

It's been my experience that 95% of the time when there is a new paint job it is because it has been down.

As far as this paint scheme, I don't think it's too bad except for the yellow stripes in front.

My gut feeling is some kind of rickey-racer owned it and thrashed it.

    Just my $.02

Its my experience that 95% of the bikes out there have been down.

I currently am running a "been down" bike, and there's nothing wrong with it. Nor is there anything wrong with a bike thats been down. Its how it was repaired that matters.

    and thats my $.02
