97 ignition advance and cam advance??

I know its not a VFR but it still hauls ass and I usually have only 2 wheels on the ground anyway.Anyone got a tip on a 97 VFR for advancing the cams and also the ignition,I raced LEGENDS cars for years FJ1200 and xj1250and that made the hugest hp diff by far 4deg on int and 6deg on ex.and 6 deg on ignition and WOW what an improvement,We beat those cars down with no problems,so on a street bike with not much long throttle it should be ok.
