    Thanks... ::)

    I have a question: I need new tires. The old rear one is 180/55. Is that safe (i.e. are the stock rims 5" or 5.5") and should I go with 180/55 or with the recommended stock 170/60?

    Go with the 170; the 180 on a 5" rim will be pinched and the outer tread will have a tighter radius than it was designed to have. T his can be awkward at extreme lean angles but if you typically run with chicken strips it will not matter.

    Well, it's been done, I've seen the pics. Not sure about how but it sure looks kool. Get ahold of a set of '99s and we will figure it out.
