96 running rough between 2k-3k

    Hello, I picked up a pretty clean 1996 with 26k on it a couple weeks ago. It idles nice and runs great going down the road. But going slow with the rpms between 2000-3000 it runs rough and sounds like it's missing. It only does it under a load not in nutral. I've ordered a manual but haven't got it yet. Any ideas??? Air bleeds on the carbs plugged maybe??
