    Hay guys,
Need help with this one. I have a 92 with full 2 Bros left side exhaust, BMC air filter (stage 1) and just unstalled a dynojet kit (Stage 1). (I'm not new to this) I did a full valve shim job and got the valve clearances right on the money, gaskets, new plugs, etc
Installed the Dyno jet kit and followed all recomended settings. Re-drilled the slide, installed the 124 main jets (stock was 130s) and set the new needles in ctr setting. Blaaa Blaaa when tried out so I raised the needle one notch and it runs ok, not much in gains in pwr, good mid range but not at low rpm's nor any gain in top rpm's.
The problem is: its doggy in accell from 1k to 3k and when constant throttle at low rpm its anything but smooth.
So I shimmed one washer under the needle setting and turned out the idle mixture screws all the way to 3 turns out to see if it would improve but not any diff. still doggy at low rpm's. I looking for a 4-vacume gage set so I can sync the carbs but this should not change the doggy accell only at low rpms and no improvement in power in top rpm's.
    Any suggestions?

Hate to say it, but the first setting with the Dyno jets was probbaly the best. They have "limited" adjustability and they are what they are. I have them in the 97 and you don't get much. Just the way they are.

If you can find a Factory jet kit, they are better.

    Sorry.

Doing some digging around the internet while customizing my 96, I found that back in the day the preferred set up for a TBR full system was a Factory jet kit. That's according to Kevin Erion himself from the mail list days.

    92 Dyno Jet install

Thanks for the response Fotomoto and Bubba. I have just ordered a factory jet kit, only problem might be is: I drilled the slides to a larger dia per the Dynojet directions. I hope this dosen't effect the new Factory Jet kit install.

 Now, for more $$$, Anyone unhappy with a corbin seat for a 92 and might want to sell, Luggage rack, Throttlemister??
