900RR front end + on '86 VFR

sorry to start another thread about front ends. this one is 900rr specific.

we have a very clean '86 700 and are planning on installing 900rr forks/triples/brakes with a F3 front wheel. years ago i spoke with a guy who had done several front end swaps on '86 750s. one bike had a gsxr-1100 front end and the other had a 900rr. he told me that the 900rr worked way better as the gsxr stuff was much heavier.

i used to race F3s and i have a spare set of wheels. i know that a F3 front wheel is a common swap on the pre '98 fireblades. will the F3 rotors work with the 900rr calipers? is the wheel a direct swap, or do different spacers have to be used?

i've also read about the F3 rear wheel swap. will a 900RR rear wheel work in the VFR swing arm or is the swingarm too narrow?

the 900rr rotors will bolt up to the F3 front wheel. F3 rotors won't work on the 900rr calipers.
