anyone have any recommendations on an after market exhaust? Also I drove over 3000 miles this summer and my viffer is sounding more and more like a harley everyday.. It sounds like it's coming from the center of the bike.. I took off the seat and revved it, I could see what appears to be a blue flame coming from around the seal.. I couldn't really get in their considering the frame is in the way.. any quick fix ideas on quieting it down until I find an after market exhaust system?
Some JB Stick might work as a patch, but keep an eye on e-bay. Some full systems show up for sale from time to time. BZ
Could be coming loose at the exhaust ports needing new gaskets and correct torquing. If the header has rotted out, your new choices are limited that I know of: stock, motad and possibly laser.
