90-93's have a completely mechanical speedo drive. This is not in the factory manual. Easy teardown. The cable is fine, the drive is fine but the plastic coupler is worn. Anybody know if this part can be bought separately or what the part # is? Even a fix would do. All three would be even better.
Found it! Thanks. Now to find out if all these folks who claim to have everything anyone could need or want has one in stock and ain't copping ten bucks+ for shipping a part that weighs less than an ounce. Anybody got a fix for this puppy? The part is composite. The female mates with a steel male hex. Looks like I could brush on a little parting compound on the hex, partially fill the female with epoxy paste cinch it down, remove the excess and get some more miles out of the part. Looks to me from inspection the female hex mating is worn or distorted enough to cause the drive to slip.
