    Hi:
    First time posting.
I'm from Florida and just got this VFR750 English for restoration,
I'm having the hardest time finding a matching set of tires.
The motorcycle only has 600 original miles and has been in storage for many years.
The tires look good but the are dry rotted.
    Dunlop Duramax
    Front 120/70/ ZR 17
    Rear 170/60 ZR 18
Is there a tire manufacturer that makes the set on this sizes.
Faring need repainting so I also need a source for OEM body decals.
    Any suggestion will help

What wheel do you have on the rear?
    89 should have been a 17"

    Edit: NEVERMIND. VFR750 "R"
    Damn you.

Hi Supermex01 welcome to the MadHouse:welcome:

That sounds like quite a find - so people will be keen to see photos!

You may want to update your forum profile (Forum Actions+Edit Profile) to include the specs of your VFR and an approximate location city/state is fine - that way the information will appear alongside all your posts and if you need help you may find someone living nearby is willing to swing by and offer advice - especially if you have a well stocked beer fridge:drink:.

    :focus:

As for the tyres I guess 27 year old tyres may be past their best and difficult to find original replacements. In the past those tyre sizes were available from the Bridgestone BT54 range but they are quite rare so you may struggle to find anyone with them in stock, and you may need to email Bridgestone HQ in the USA to track down a set.

    Take care.

Google 170/60 ZR 18. There are several choices. I had the same problem with finding a 16" front for my 83. Stuck with Metzeler. Hopefully another member will have some experience using a different size that may have more choices.

    Hi
Is not my bike I'm just doing the job
I did added some new info into my profile but I'm not very good with pictures
About the tires I did some research and found a set but will not match dfferent style / maker
I was hoping to find someone with a definite tire number or set that's best for this bike given the age and model.
Also I'll need help getting some OEM decals and carburetor fuel needles
    Any guidance will help
    Thx
