Hi all - finally hooked up home made sync tool and got all 4 carbs running almost identical.. just a question - when i rev it, the readings change a bit, is it better to adjust them at idle or around 1500< rpms?

Also - i had the mixture screws a bit rich and had to screw back in a bit, wd this affect the syncing as well? ie - shd i set mixture screws and sync after?

Some1 mentioned screwing the mxture screws carb at a time for highest idle is best but i cant notice any difference when trying on my bike..

VFR750FG stock jetting, K&N and slip on pipe.

I reduced the mixture settings about 1/4-1/2 turn to compensate for filter/pipe - but some ppl say the screws can be out by as much as 3/4 or more - so that nulls and minor adjustments -
