86 VFR 700 thoughts

A white one with 9k in allegedly "mint" condition. Goin to look at it this am, I've done a quickie background check but would like some pro-fessional thoughts or opinions. Thank you in advance for your time. Terrible pic, post better ones once I see it.

 

Mint would include all the body panels. From the pic it looks okay but hard to tell from a picture. How much is it?

missing a body panel and its got the wrong seat and cowl. the pearl white bikes had a black seat and bump pad. this may be in good condition, but it isn't mint. what kinda money does the dude want?
