Looking to fix a few small cracks in a fairing I just bought.

What material is the fairing made of and what is the best glue to use on it. I thought it to be ABS but not sure.

Hi Jim, I have used 3 methods to fix ABS

    1) Plastic weld it with a soldering iron
    2) Use "Plastex" -- expensive , but fantastic stuff
    3) Paste made of acetone and abs shavings

Options 1 and 2 are my "go to'" methods

In any of these 3 cases I use a Dremel tool to "V" groove both sides of the cracks before repair.
