hey guys new member. never worked on a vfr before and i just started a shop and its my first project. first problem the dumbass had home heating oil in it. no problem

took the carbs out to clean them and i cant figure out how they go back together like the valve for the butterfly valves have to sit a certain way on two of the carbs if you get what i mean. any insight would be great pictures even better. one of them had a spring in it but i dont understand why. two other springs popped out in the process of getting them out

Without reference to a parts fishe and factory service manual it's a dicey job. Dija separate the carb units from the airbox base ?? Not recommended and almost never necessary. :sour:

I can upload some pics of a NOS set of carbs to help with the reassembly.
Let me know if that is what you need.
