'84 VF 700 Carb Part Needed!!!!

OK,
I was putting new boots and insulators on my barbs and broke the Joint Set C. I Orderd a replacement from Cheap Cycle Parts and From SHS Powersports and in each case the right bag with the right part # attached would show up. The bad thing is that the part Honda is shipping isn't the correct part anymore. Instead of being a plastic "T" they ship an aluminium "I". Any suggestions on who or from where I can get the correct part? This is keeping me from getting back on the road and is a little frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

As a side note I would suggest AVOIDING CHEAPCYCLE PARTS as a vendor. Even though they shiped out the wrong part, and it is clearly not the same part, they are refusing to refund me for the order.

Any point of direction would be great.
