84 750F Interceptor - Frame: is it bent?

story short; I picked up this non running 84 interceptor, rough shape.

I took a closer look and it doesnt look right to me, is this frame bent ? can other interceptor owners confirm please? look at pics below

 

Are the front and rear tires aligned? If the rear wheel doesn't track the front or is tilted or offset, then you may have an issue, otherwise it looks normal for an old bike. Those early frames are flexible steel and can easily be bent and adjusted as necessary to get the track aligned.

 

It would be better right now if I can compare it to another bike frame, just because this one has been laid down before.

there are two of my pics where I highlighted in red where I thought it might be bent or dented but it appears its the frame design of the bike.
