83 vfr750 lost springs!

SO I got a 83 vfr750 really nice bike only 4k original miles!

Nonetheless the carbs needed to be cleaned, I have never worked on a v4 before.

I took the plate off, like I just read not to do like 5 mins ago. Did exactly what he said would Happen I lost springs. I have 1 small spring and 2 bigger ones.

I know the small spring goes in the coupling linkages. I think im missing one

My question is where do the bigger springs go? I can upload a picture if nessecary

YOU IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL thats how we learn...trial and error.... If I am thinking correctly the bigger spring will be in the center,,,where the two left carbs and two right carbs join?where it goes looks like two flat levers........and one has a screw adjuster in it....

ah that is great! I had done a google of vfr carbs got nothing. Thanks. Also I put the air pan back on, and it lined up everything nicely! Thanks again!

 

The bigger spring goes between the carb throttle shaft's.
