800 Vtec regulator upgrade

Hello everyone, my 2004 vfr 800 vtec has a problem with the regulator rectifier. I would like to know what is a good upgrade, that i can just plug in without messing with it too much. I hear the original units are problematic so want to eradicate the problem. Need to buy it tomorrow... Many thanks. Dan

It seems like solder and heatshrink is the best way to go, the plastic connectors just don't seem up to it
