Lots want the 8 spoke rear rim. How much did you spend to get one. Some I have seen are pushing $400. I was hoping to spend under $300, am I out to lunch?

Oh ya. And for the Gold colour. What colour would you ask for? similar to below.

I bought 4 of them, a couple for my two VFRs and two for fellow members for trade for non VFR goodies. The cheapest that was paid was $180 shipped, BUT it also came with a front wheel, so splitting the cost in half, $90 would have been the price. Less if we sold the front for more than that, not sure what Duccmann let it go for. The most I've paid was $280 shipped and personally $300 is the highest I would go. The deals are out there, just have to be patient. Good luck with your quest!

Don't forget to add the cost of painting/powder coating! That's why my limit would be $300, unless the wheel was in great shape and the color I wanted. Not very likely for both of those.

one came on my 93, so doesn't count. I bought one for about $170 shipped several years ago off ebay. My last one I bought an entire bike as a project, then swapped out a gen 4 wheel I had when I decided I didn't have time to finish said project, before I sold it for as much as I paid for it, so I guess that one was "free".

Seems like the prices on these wheels have really jumped over the past few years. and $375 is REALLY a bit much, the crazy part is someone will likely grab it for that price.

With the dollar being so messed up right now, a $300 rim is $390 Canadian plush shipping and import so we have to shop closer to home and that market is pretty small unfortunately.

I would say that you will be into $500 Canadian by the time you get a US rim and have it powder coated. That's still not crazy when you compare it to an aftermarket rim for your car.
