7th Gen Factory heated grips on the fritz

    Hi all,
    My 7th gen came with the Honda Heated grips installed already and they have not worked since day 1.

    The light on the button comes on and blinks to show the heat level as expected, but the grips don't warm up.

    Thoughts as to where the issue might be?
