I'm looking for a spare front wheel for my 6th Gen. I've noticed that there are many more used 5th Gen wheels on Ebay than 6th Gen wheels. If I buy a 5th Gen wheel to use will I need 5th Gen rotors or can I just use my existing 6th Gen rotors?

I also need a 6th gen front wheel so I would like to know the same thing. I've seen on another forum (who shall not be named) that they are the same but when it comes to putting money on the table, I want to be sure.

According to the current info that I've got the part number for all '98 to '08 VFR800 non ABS right front brake rotors is 45120-MCW-H11.

And the part number for all '98 to '08 VFR800 non ABS left front brake rotors is 45220-MCW-H01.

Useless trivial factoid of the day for you Rollin.

For whatever reason the part numbers that are listed for the '09 VFR800 non ABS front brake rotors are different, and there's no indication at all that they supersede the '98 to '08 front brake rotor part numbers either.

    Right side rotor is 45120-MCW-H51.

    Left side rotor is 45220-MCW-H51.
