    They just stopped working.
I have an '08 interceptor and it runs pretty well. Rode from Hamilton to Calgary and back 2 months ago without issue. Was riding it a couple of days ago and I realized that the regular headlights weren't working. The High beams no problem, just the regular running ones.
Any suggestion as to what might be the issue?
All the other lights seem to work without issue.
    Thanks

Quite often this is caused by faulty auxiliary contacts of the Starter Switch, However this will disable Both Hi and Lo beams, so not really applicable in your situation as your Hi Beams are fine.

Have you confirmed that Both Lo beam glodes are good, and not blown?

I looked at them, but haven't taken them out as it's a real pain. Probably tomorrow.

The other option is to measure each globe socket between the White/Black and Green wire to ensure you are seeing 12v. If you Do measure 12v then there is a good chance the globes are blown.
If you Don't measure 12v then you need the make sure the Green Ground wire is properly Grounded and that the Lo Beam relay is switching the 12v of the Red/Black wire through to the globes on the White/Black wire.

Thanks for the info. I'll try checking the power. I think there may be other issues as the previous owner installed a GPS which up to now has been working well, but recently has started cutting out.

Before you start getting all scientific and ripping into things, switch your high beam relay with the low beam relay and see if that is likely the issue. If so, it's a simple fix. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DIL2PUA?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I know it says it's a starter relay, but it works just fine on my '99.
