5th Gen VFR800 98-01

Does anyone know where i can get a Headlight Assembly for a 1998 vfr800.

 

Depends how desperate you are for one. Your local dealer will (obviously) have them, but if your timeline is flexible than Ebay is the place to go.

One thing I can say with absolute certainty.......when it comes to bike parts (all makes/models), they'll eventually show up on Ebay for a good price.

 

Dealerships in my area have a dwindling supply of parts for 5th generation VFR's. And the parts they DO have in stock are priced ridiculously high. Anyway, what I wanted to add here was that eBay is probably your best bet, but Craigslist.org is also worth checking out and there's always the Classified section here at VFRworld.com

If you find a good source of parts, then please let me know because I could use a tail light assembly for my 1998. I dropped a large piece of steel the other day and it just barely knicked my tail light, which of course made the whole thing shatter to bits almost as if it was made of glass! I hate how this kind of plastic becomes brittle with age. The dealers around here have none & won't be getting any either. Zero luck on eBay too. What a P.I.A..

I've used these guys several times and have recomended them to other that got good resultd from them. Their prices seem better on most stuff also. Just another alternative
